The help desk is staffed during Spring 2016, Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-7:30pm
and Fridays from 8:00am-1:00pm however, students are encouraged to call and leave a voice message or email anytime.

Please have your student ID ready at the time of your call.

How we can help

The Help Desk is your best resource for troubleshooting technical difficulties associated with your student accounts. These problems include but are not limited to:

  • Incorrect username and/or forgotten password
  • Unable to login WebAdvisor, Blackboard, student email, the campus network, or the library database

When to seek outside help

Knowing who to call and when is invaluable and saves precious time. This especially crucial if you are enrolled in an online course. The following is a list of tasks that are not supported by the help desk:

  • Troubleshooting your home computer
    Consider using the Open Computer Lab on campus as a backup plan when your home system is down
  • Problems associated with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • Resetting quizzes/tests in Blackboard
    Contact your instructor
  • Tutoring
  • Installing/downloading course software for your classes or any software
  • Configure your hardware, software, email or browser
  • Problems with the CCCApply website

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Username
  • Colleague ID number
  • 6-digit date of birth
  • Course Name
  • Course Section Number
  • Instructor's Name
  • Brief description of the problem
